About your item: You may find my bracelets have more body and are a little more stiff than other bracelets you've worn. I either use the heaviest stretch cord I can, or 4 fiber stretch cords...most designers use 1 or 2 cords. I do that for strength and durability. In addition, the stretch fiber cord has been pre-stretched to prevent it from stretching or sagging on your wrist. I do my best to ensure the items used are natural crystals. If they are dyed or man made I'll make note of that. I do often use metal or cut glass accents to add extra bling. Each beautiful earth made gem is special and unique. I inspect the beads for quality. They are all different and unique with variations of color, hue, flecks, dendrites, etc. These are all little works of art, these differences are not defects. Each is unique and yours was meant to be with you!
Every item in this shop is handmade by the owner, Lisa Dunn in her studio in the Minneapolis area unless otherwise noted.
Sizes: All sizes of bracelets are in inches. Sizes range generall from 6 to 8. Size of beads are in millimeters. Sizes of beads are generally from 3mm to 12mm. Please do measure your wrist. Add 1/2" for a looser fit. Sizes on the website are listed in 1/2" if you prefer a custom size, please let me know. If I can do it, I sure will.
Address: Please check your address for accuracy. Labels ship to the address provided by you at checkout. Shipping: Please be advised the estimated time frame shopify or Etsy gives for arrival is based on the post office's estimates and it could be longer or shorter depending on weather, and/or how busy the postal service is. It is not a GUARANTEE delivery time/date.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping). Just contact me via Etsy or the contact me page on shopify so I know to watch for your return.
Replacements of bracelets: Elastic can break. If your bracelet breaks within 30 days of purchase, please contact me. Many of the items in my shop are one of a kind. I may not have the replacement parts of your bracelet on hand. I may not be able to replace any pieces that were lost with exactly what you had, but we'll find something that works for you. Contact me for the return address. If your bracelet breaks outside of the 30 days, please purchase the "Restring it" option in my shop for $4. Return what you can of your bracelet and I'll restring it, adding additional charms or beads as necessary if some were lost.
Order Changes: If you need to make a change to your order after it's been placed, please message me on Etsy or the contact page on Shopify as soon as possible. Changes can be made up to the time the item(s) are out for shipping.
Photographs: Please know different devices may show colors and hues differently than what is shown on my computer. I've made my best effort to be sure the colors of the product are accurately reflected in the pictures.
Metaphysical/healing properties of materials: None of the suggested energies or healing properties of the items listed in this shop should ever replace appropriate professional care. I am not a licensed health care professional.
Safety: There are itty bitty parts on many of the items sold in this shop that may become choking hazards. Do not let children or pets near them. Purchase of an item signifies your agreement to hold Lisa Dunn, Doodads and Divination, LLC and any of the suppliers harmless of any adverse reaction, accidents and/or any results from use or misuse of the products.
